The Ogilvie Forest and Lincoln: November 1, 2015

The Weston Forest and Trail Association monthly walk will be on Sunday, November 1, 2015. The walk will begin at 2:00 PM as usual and will last about an hour-and-a-half. Park at the end of Buttonwood Lane where a new boardwalk has been constructed. The walk will cross the boardwalk and head into the Ogilvie Forest by way of Stonehedge Road in Lincoln. After a loop in Ogilvie we will head back to Buttonwood via Juniper Road and Cherry Brook Road. Tailgate refreshments will follow the walk.

How to reach the departure point:

From the Town center, take Concord Road for about 0.7 miles, then right onto Merriam Street at the fork. Another 0.7 miles and you turn left on Cherry Brook Road, follow it about 500 yards (see map above) and turn right into Buttonwood. Park at the circle at the end.
