Join us on Sunday, May 7th at 2 PM for our last monthly walk of the season in Highland Forest, which will be led by Brian Donahue. We’ll walk the grounds of the old Paine Estate, including the track used for both sulkies and cars. Park on Wildflower Lane near the trailhead. WFTA’s annual meeting, including a special presentation also by Brian Donahue, will follow at 4 PM at the Weston Scout House.
Brian Donahue is Professor Emeritus of American Environmental Studies at Brandeis University, and a farm and forest policy consultant.
All ages are welcome! Walkers need not be Weston Forest and Trail Association members, but we encourage you to consider joining us, as dues support the maintenance of Weston’s trails and open spaces. WFTA has been hosting Sunday walks for over sixty years. You may also consult our home page for any last minute updates on the walk. We look forward to seeing you.
